At PRECISION, your travel experience includes faces you know and trust. Our flight services personnel are ready and available to receive your requests and assist in making your flight safe, comfortable, and stress free. Our pilots are highly trained, experienced professionals with airline operation, charter and military experience. In addition to exceeding the general training standards set by the FAA, our pilots are veterans flying into and out of mountainous destinations. When you travel with PRECISION, count on a total commitment to reliability and one-on-one personal attention during each engagement and throughout all phases of flight.

Chris Dole
Owner
Chris’ 20+ years of aviation experience began at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with studies in airline operations and air traffic control. Chris worked for a 121 carrier servicing both United and Delta Airlines during which time he flew various regional jets as a First Officer and a Captain and acquired certification as an Air Transport Pilot (ATP). In January 2005 Chris started his aviation management company, today branded as Precision Aircraft Management. Chris’s aviation interests are supported by his wife Sarah and daughters Hope (8), Ava (6), and Elle (3).

Tim Berry
Director of Operations
Tim joined the Precision team in July 2007. With a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Associates in Aeronautical Science, his 25+ years of aviation experience includes Part 135 passenger and cargo flying, worldwide experience as a C-130 Navigator in the Air Force Reserves, and prior to coming to Precision, was a Part 121 airline Captain. Tim has Type Ratings in the B-737, CE560XL, CL-65, Dornier 328 and G200. He retired from the Air Force in 2008. As a Colorado native, he enjoys the outdoors, is an avid runner and marathoner, and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

Anthony Remboldt
Chief Pilot
Anthony joined the Precision Team in August 2017. He holds a Bachelors degree in Aviation Technology and has 10+ years of aviation experience in Part 135 passenger and cargo flying, Part 91 commercial operations, and Part 141 management roles. He has flown for Humanitarian Groups, the National Park Service, and various mining groups in Alaska as a specialized operator in unprepared and remote locations. At Walla Walla University he served as faculty developing curriculum and working with the FAA for approval of a Part 141 aviation-training course. He has experience in a wide variety of land and sea aircraft ranging from light to super-midsize and holds a C-500 and G-200 type rating. He enjoys traveling to new places with his wife when they aren’t at Disneyworld or in the Pacific Northwest with family.

Andrea Walsh
Office Manager
Andrea’s background in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, has enabled her to join Precision’s staff in October of 2016 to support driving efficiencies in the operation – both internally and externally. Her oversight of
accounting, inventory management and people relations creates a grounding point for Precisions’ day-to-day operations. With a BA in Business Administration from Westminster College, Andrea brings a solutions-based approach to her role. She has flying in the family being married to a commercial airline pilot and is active from a Community Outreach perspective with National Charity League, supporting more than ten non-profits annually. Andrea adores her two daughters and enjoys the wonderful Colorado lifestyle.

Bill Highfill
Director of Maintenance
Bill joined the Precision team in January 2017. Bill is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University where he majored in Business Aviation Management and Aviation Maintenance Technology. Bill has served as a professional in the business aviation community for over 20 years. He has held various positions as Director of Maintenance, General Manager, Senior Operations Manager in both FAA 135 and FAA 145 environments. Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him to Precision with many successful years in managing business class aircraft which include, but are not limited to Gulfstreams, Citations, Hawkers, Challengers, Globals, and LearJets.

Christa Youngpeter
Director of Aircraft Services
Christa joined Precision to head the development of the company’s charter certificate as Director of Aircraft Services in April of 2018. With over a decade of experience, Christa brings with her extensive operational and sales knowledge that includes aircraft operations ranging from single-engine turboprops to Global Express and G550 management, logistics and charter sales. She has a BA from Loyola University in Maryland (2004) and is a published writer in addition to being an FAA Licensed Dispatcher (Jeppesen, 2014) and current student pilot. Christa is an avid traveler, having visited six of the seven continents, but still enjoys being in her hometown of Denver after years working in California.
